Listen soft music which will calm your mental energy and boost your spirit. Visit parks and breathe some fresh air. You can walk in any garden nearby to keep your brain and body active. Reading books will have a positive impact on you.

3. Enjoy COMPANY of others.

The best company you can get is your family. Spend quality time with your family. Help your sister in her homework or guide your brother about his career. Help your parents in doing house chores. Take kids to park and enjoy their playful activities. Visit to your friends and discuss various topics with them. Play some casual games for entertaining yourself. If you are at home, you can try for DIY crafts which will help you in need. Cleaning and cooking may sharpen your life skills.
