10 tips for anger management : this is how you can control anger issues

Anger issues are a big problem faced by people since immemorial times. It makes a person utter cuss words for dear people, breaks friendships and relationships. And this hurts a lot when the person calms down. People search for anger management tricks but fail to execute them in real life. Here are some tips from my experience how you can control your anger :-

1. Make a habit of thinking TWICE.
 It will give you some time before your act something due to uncontrolled aggression. 
2. Do BREATHING exercises
Taking 3 to 4 deep breathes flushes your brain with fresh oxygen and energizes the brain cells. It will calm your brain to function better.
3. RUB your fingers. 
It will cause distraction of your mind towards your fingers. Your focus will be on the running action which will give your brain some time to relax.
4. Chant the name of GOD/GODS.
It provides you spiritual energy which helps you to have a greater control over your senses. You may not get angry at petty issues.
5. Add some HUMOUR to ease the situation.
If you have average sense of humour, then you can calm the situation by some light words. It will dilute the emotions and persue your brain to tame your anger. 
6. Don't hold UNJUST GRUDGE.
Forgiveness is a great virtue of noble people. You should apply this in your life by letting away petty issues. Sometimes people remember the grudges about incidents like parking lot agreements , which really have no value in your life. Forget unnecessary grudges and move on.
7. Practice RELAXATION SKILLS.
Relaxation skills are have an affirmative approach towards taming anger issues. Try listening to your fav genre in music or go for yoga sessions which stimulates stress releasing hormones in your brain. Go for a walk in the morning or visit park/garden in free times for relaxation.
8. Have a BREAK.
People forget to give them some time in their busy schedule. This creates unnecessary tension and frustration. Don't work for long period. Have a break for at least 5-7 minutes in regular intervals. It will help you in reducing stress too.
9. IDENTIFY and SOLVE.
Identification of the problems and finding their solutions won't be a big issue if someone is strongly determined. Keep it in your mind that your anger won't solve your external issues. Your unjust anger is just wastage of your energy. Being realistic is the best you can do. Your anger will neither change nor fix your problems.
10. Express your concerns after you CALM down.
Avoid conversing with people when you are angry. Just take a deep breathe and keep quiet for a while. It will reduce your anger in 2-3 minutes. When you calm down, express your point of view to people and what your exactly want. This will restrict your from hurting others. Remember every word has a cost.
There are much more ways to control your anger issues, but these are from my own life experiences and I am successful in controlling my anger 90% of the times as before.
